Scope
Scaffolding support for a commercial high-rise environment, organized around repeated levels, access requirements, and coordinated work fronts.
Challenge / Context
High-rise work changes as the building rises. Access points, façade zones, and material movement need to stay coordinated instead of being treated as separate problems.
Delivery approach
BDN can review the building elevation and required working levels first, then narrow the system and component quantities around the actual access plan.
Outcome / Context
The project remains a useful high-rise reference for clients comparing scaffold approaches before a detailed RFQ.
